Over the years, she has served in a variety of emergency response, leadership, and educational roles, becoming a Nationally Registered EMT, Connecticut-certified EMS Instructor, EMT Supervisor, and Peer Counselor. Her experience has taught her the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, solving problems under pressure, and always putting people first.
