More About Me

Jennifer Oliwa is a dedicated real estate professional with a lifelong commitment to serving others. For more than 30 years, she has worked in emergency medical services, helping individuals and families through some of life's most challenging moments. That same compassion, integrity, and commitment to service are the foundation of her approach to real estate.

Jennifer began her career in public service at the age of 15 as a volunteer with Storm Ambulance Corps in Derby, Connecticut. Over the years, she has served in a variety of emergency response, leadership, and educational roles, becoming a Nationally Registered EMT, Connecticut-certified EMS Instructor, EMT Supervisor, and Peer Counselor. Her experience has taught her the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, solving problems under pressure, and always putting people first.

Today, Jennifer brings those same skills to her real estate clients. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, relocating, or investing, she understands that real estate is more than a transaction—it's a major life decision. She is committed to guiding her clients through every step of the process with honesty, professionalism, and personalized attention.

Known for her approachable nature and strong work ethic, Jennifer takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping clients feel confident throughout their real estate journey. Her goal is simple: to make the buying or selling experience as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.

When you work with Jennifer, you're partnering with someone who genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals and create a place they are proud to call home.
